A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD a~ moat be instilled on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging W the <br />fast time. Futlue use of this or other imaging CD's does ~t require a new installation of the softwaro. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purchase g I>~l be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD of DVD. <br />3. The CD will contiin files with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that <br />will handle single and multrpage docmnants. On a Windows XP computer, tlIa defimlt viewing programs are called "Windows Picture <br />and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they do not work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pro-Windowa XP computers <br />does work. DMG has determined that a program called "hfanView", which can be downloaded from IrfmView.com, does work with <br />QuickView. After downloading °IrfanView", it rreeds to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMCi.does not support or endorse this <br />software and the lixasing and rogisastion aro the user's responsrbility. There are many other programs 171st work as well, such as <br />"Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". <br />In~ctlona• <br />1. Insert the CD info your computer. <br />1. Allow time for the CD W install <br />3. Eject the CD from the computer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD info the computer. <br />s. You aro ready to viow the Permit Files. <br />NOTE: A program called QuickView Autororl, which rams the QuickView <br />aeiup program, has also been copied to this CD'. If the Autortm program <br />does NOT work, you will aced to manually install the l2uickView program. <br />IDStructiona for manually instilling QuickView are available upon request <br />widt the CD or can be viewed at www.minina.ltite.co.us. <br />The Permit Flle document Images can be viewed in tlIe receptloa area of the DMG otHce or they can be purr)rsaed on a CD or <br />DVD. The CD/DVD purchase coat covers the time sad labor of making the CD.
