Carsona' irrigation system. Too, <br />ditched irrigation water is coursed through the mining property for ueo on the <br />Carson property. <br />Upon agreement to the meeting, N,r. Carson made arrangements to have Stato and <br />Federal officials participate in the meeting. Those participating were as <br />follows: <br />Jerry Coldomith -Cedaredge, Colorado - Chainnnn of the Colorado Recourse <br />Conservation and Development Council. <br />R. E.
