ALBERT <br />IN-[NTERE'Sr---- <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 30, 2004, Mitchell E. Albert filed a Disclosure Statement <br />with respect to Plan of Reorganization of Colorado Materials Holding Cotporarion Proposed by Mitchell E. Albert <br />(the "Albert Disclosure Statement") to accompany a Plan of Reorganization of Colorado Materials Holding <br />Corporarion Proposed by Mitchell E. Albert (the "Albert Plan") filed on January 30, 2004. Ptustrant to order of this <br />Court, a hearing will be held ors the adequacy of the Albert Disclosure Statement ors Frldny, March 12, 2004, at <br />10:00 a.m., in Courtraon C, U.S. Custom House, 721 19th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202-2508. <br />Pursuant to Local Baektuptcy Rule 317, any objections to the Albert Disclosure Statement shall be made in <br />writing and the original of the objection shall be filed with the Court and a copy served on the attorney for the <br />proponent of the Albert Plan, the United States Trtutee, counsel for any committee appointed under the Code (or <br />when there is no couttsel, to the committee chairman) and d[e Securities and Exchange Commission no later than <br />Frfday, March 5,1004. Objections shall clearly specify the grounds upon which they are based, including the <br />citatioe of supporting legal authority, if any, and references to the particulaz portions of the statement to which <br />objections are made. General objections will not be considered by the Court. <br />The Albert Disclosure Statemrnt is available for public inspection from 3:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.tn doting any <br />regular business day in the C(rrk's Office of this Court, U.S. Custom House, 72 ] 19th Street, Denver, Colorado <br />80202-2508. Any interested patty who desires a copy of the Albert Disclosure Statement or the Albert Ptan may <br />submit such regttest [a the proponent of the Albert Dtsclosure Statement of the Albert Plan at the address stated <br />below, with a copy of the request to the Clerk of this Court.
