Banta. <br />Drv~sion Dnector <br />The Division has completed its min-term revie~ of the Nucla Mine permit <br />application and supporting materials. Enclosed is a copy of the resulting <br />d3 cameo t. <br />Please note that due to recent modification of Rule 4,05,6(3)(e) of the <br />Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, we <br />are requesting a Technical Revision to address design changes to sediment <br />ponds 002, 004, 005, 006, and 007. On-the-ground modi fications to the ponds <br />must be compl eted by September 1 , 1991 . <br />In addition, anew definition of Ownership and Control in Rule 1.04(83a) <br />necessitates the updating of Identification of Interests section of the <br />permit application.
