2. Overcasting waste rock appears to be on-going. It v+ould appear that
sufficient bench space exists to negate the need to continue overcasting.
3. The operation is advancing into the hill with possible rock overhangs.
4. Improper blasting or continued overcasting on the west end of the site
could pose a real and present danger to residents downhill from the operation.
