Kemper <br />Will of the law offices of Hill be Robbins, P.C., Denver, Colorado, (hereinafter referred to <br />as "Assignee'), by the terms of which Assignee agrees to release claim he or Hill dr <br />Robbins, P.C. has against Assignors for attorney fees, and cause the di missal of the <br />lawsuit filed against Assignors in the District Court, City and County of D nver, State of <br />Colorado, Case Number 86CY2139 and entitled <br />Company, et al., Assignors do hereby assign, transfer, and convey all of tf+eir right, title <br />and interest in and to the following permits: <br />1. Mined Land Reclamation 112 Pennit File No. <br />n1-85-029, Alma Placer, Ducommun Business <br />Trust and Panhandle Drilling Company. <br />2. .qir Pollution Control Permit No. 85-PA-102F <br />with regards to Alma Placer. <br />Furthermore, Assignors agree to execute any further <br />necessary to effectuate the transfer, assigmnent and conveyance of the <br />permits to Assignee. <br />As an inducement for the Assignee to accept this <br />represents the following: <br />1.
