Copies of the <br />Objection are also available upon request from CF&I's counsel, <br />LeBoeuf, Lamb, Leiby & MacRae, 1000 Kearns Building, 136 :>outh <br />Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101. <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a hearing on the Objection <br />has been scheduled before the Honorable Judith A. Boulden, United <br />States Bankruptcy Judge, on the 12th day of May. 1993, at the= <br />hour of 9:00 a.m. in Judge Boulden's courtroom in the Frank ~. <br />Moss United States Courthouse, 350 South Main Street, Salt. Lake <br />City, Utah 84101. Responses to the objection must by subn.it~~ed <br />in writing, filed with the Bankruptcy Court, and served on the <br />undersigned counsel and all other parties directly affected by <br />the response, on or before the 25th day of March. 1993.
