Ken (Harr) one -Meeting Request <br />Therefore, we hope that by meeting with the Division to review and discuss the <br />hydrology records for the Kerr/Marr mine, that the results shown are adequate to satisfy <br />hydrologic balance, analysis requirements, etc., and that the Division is willing to <br />approve proceeding with sealing of the wells. <br />Given that Energy Fuels feels that Year 10 is a significant juncture in the <br />Kerr/Matt project, we hope that other staff members familiar with the Kerr project are <br />available to the meeting and would appreciate David Berry sitting in if he is available. <br />Representing Energy Fuels/Kerr will be Rich Munson and me. Tentatively, you and I <br />have discussed the week of September 25, 2006 for a meeting date.
