Please check one below and return this form with your payment to DMG. If a CD is requested and the petrol[ is too lazge for a CD, you will be called. Computer requirements to use the DMG documedt imaging CD (or DVD): 1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your compucer in ordu to use a DMG imaging CD [hc first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not roquite a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchase mast be in the D,_ drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. Thera nceds w be an image viewing application for _tif files on your computer thy[ will handle singly end mulri-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs aro called "windows Picture and Fax Viewed' or "Paint" and they do n°t work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that Domes with pre•Windows XP computers does work. DMG has determined that a program called "ItfanView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with QuickView. After downloading "IrfanViaw", it needs to 6e wnfigurcd es your default .rif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as "imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". Instructions: 1. Insert the CD in[o your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to instal i. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD inm the computer. 5. You aze ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: A program called QuickView Autorvn, which runs the QuickView setup program, has also been copied m this CD. If the Autorun program does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. Instructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed u www.miaina.state.w-us. The Permit File document images can be viewed in the troceptlon area of the DMG ofRce or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD. The CD/DVD parcbase cost rovers the tune and labor of making the CD.
