Specifically, the information requested was whether the mining plan included the approval
for use of an asphalt batch plant on the site. After researching the file information, it was found that an asphalt
plant was included in the list of approved onsite activities, as of the approval of the 112 conversion application
(CN-O1) in 1986. This approval still exists for future asphalt batch plant activity.
I hope this letter helps. If further information is needed, please contact me at the Division's Durango field office:
701 Camino del Rio, Room 125, Durango, CO 81301; telephone 247-5193.
Sincerely,
~,~
Bob Oswald
Environmental Protection Specialist
Ec: Harry Posey, DMG
A:~Ivlontoya batch appr/rco
