Even eo far as misquoting , and <br />misrepresenting the FACTS. <br />Please refer to page 2, paragraph 2 of Mr. Hernandez's letter. <br />Mr. Hernandez's quote of Mr. Ossola's May 12, 1995, letter is' <br />accurate with one glaring exoeption - Mr. Hernandez inserts the <br />word INDUSTRIAL for the word RESIDENTIAL. This deliberate error <br />naturally alters the entire noise pollution matter. <br />The Minor Technical Revision for the fan on our property has <br />the obtuse wording "baffle as needed." The State is now attempting <br />to evade the reason Mr. Keflew required this wording. <br />I am aware that the noise pollution matter is the <br />responsibility of local government. in this instant case, this is <br />unfortunate as our local government, with the exception of the .Las <br /> <br />
