•'f; ~_ <br />Citizen Complaint Inspection Page 2 <br />July 19, 1993 <br />all decreed springs in the permit area be reviewed again to <br />determine flow and condition of the springs, and include them in <br />the hydrologic monitoring plan. Also, locations for all the <br />decreed springs as listed on Map 37 should be identified on this <br />map. Following the inventory of the springs, the probable <br />hydrologic consequences (PHC) statement should be amended. <br />The Division has identified several obligations that should be <br />carried out by MCC. The Division understands MCC is currently <br />doing research into these areas to discover all relevant and <br />pertinent information. Upon conclusion of the research, the <br />Division and Mr. Mautz should be made aware of your findings. If <br />for some reason the research uncovers information not previously <br />considered, the Division will consider amending the obligations. <br />The Division would like to have this issue resolved before the next <br />hydrologic monitoring year begins, October 1993.
