He <br />informed me that the board of directors for GASP will not allow augmentation for gravel pit lake <br />evaporation. This office supports the decision by the board of directors and, therefore, finds <br />the subject gravel pit in violation of Senate Bill 89-120. I would be happy to discuss with you <br />the procedural requirements to be in compliance with Senate Bill 89-120.
