In May <br />199?, the Division apptvvcd a revision that changed the name of the operation from the <br />:\nunas'llclcn Minc to the Raton Crock :\linc. In addition, the n;uncs ufthc Animas Minc and <br />the tlrlen \Imc were ch;n,ged to the Raton ('reek Minc Nu. I and the Raton ('rock ~1me No. ?. <br />[iccausc i+l a ch;mge in Stipulation Nu.
