The letter outlines specific permitting and ground <br />actions taken (or to be taken) by Seneca Coal Company at the Yoast, Seneca II and <br />Seneca II West Mines. The efforts described in the October 7, 20041etter are significant <br />and appreciated. <br />DMG will provide a detailed response to this letter in the neaz future and after we <br />complete the October 2004 ground inspections. It is my understanding that your <br />personnel aze working closely with our staff to resolve the various pending and required <br />permitting actions.
