PURCHASE PRICE PROCEEDS AMONG ENERGY FUELS LTD.,
ENERGY FUELS EXPLORATION COMPANY AND
ENERGY FUELS NUCLEAR, INC.
TO ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Modon to Approve the Allocation of the
International Uranium Holdings Corporation's Purchase Price Proceeds Among Energy Fuels
Ltd., Energy Fuels Exploration Company and Energy Fuels Nuclear, Inc. ("Motion") has been
filed.
A copy of the Motion is available for inspection in the Banlm[ptcy Court Clerk's Office,
721 19th Street, Room 128, Denver, Colorado 80202 or upon request from the undersigned.
Pursuant to Rule 202 of the Local Bankruptcy Rules, if you desire to oppose the
Motion you must file a written objection and request for hearing with the Court on or before
July 21, 1997 and serve a copy thereof on the undersigted attorneys. Objections and
requests for hearing shall clearly specify the grounds upon which they are based, including
the citation of supporting legal authority, if any. General objections will not be considered
by the Court. A hearing will be held on any objections on August 4, 1997 at 10:00 a.m. in
