CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
9. The foregoing Findings of Fact and Stipulation are
fully incorporated herein.
10. The Court has considered the present Application for
Water Rights as set forth in parag=aph 8 above, concludes as a
matter of law that the subject water has been diverted and
beneficially used all in accordance with C.R.S. §37-92-305(9).
JUDGMENT AND DECREE
11. The foregoing Findings of Fact, Stipulation and
