M-83-033, M-81-202, M-77-526, <br />M-81-96 and Other Permits <br />Dear Ms. Bills: <br />Arlo Anderson of Albert Frei $ Sons, Inc. has asked me to <br />correspond with you regarding the issuance by Albert Frei B <br />Sons, .Inc. of a deed of trust as a reclamation bond. I have <br />acted as corporate counsel £or Albert Frei $ Sons, Inc. and its <br />various entities over the past few years and have received for <br />my review the following documents which I believe originated <br />from your office: <br />1. Deed of trust to secure Financial warranty or <br />warranties regarding future advances. <br />2. Financial warranty deed of trust. <br />3. Financial warranty exhibit A. <br />4. Performance warranty. <br />I am in the process of reviewing those documents and upon <br />brief perusal I have not seen any glaring difficulties with the <br />language or contents of the documents and therefore I expect to <br />encourage execution of the documents. It is my understanding <br />that the deed of trust encumbering what is referred to as the <br />Arends property located in Adams County (assuming the valuation <br />exceeds the amount of reclamation) will provide the financial <br />
