Canany <br />, Acting Division Director <br />RE: Temporary Shut-down Plan, Lorencito Canyon Mine, #C-96-084 <br />Mr. Addington: <br />Thanks for speaking with me the other day concerning the temporary shut-down of operations at <br />the Lorencito Canyon Mine. We hope the situation is only temporary and Lorencito Coal <br />Company can resume normal operations in the near future. <br />Please refer to Rule 4.30.1 regarding temporary cessation.
