The terms and conditions of the sale are set fori:h in <br />the Reorganized Debtors' Motion Dated March 8, 1993, For Approval <br />to Sell Property, Plant and Equipment of Albuquerque Metals <br />Company and Denver Metals Company Free and Clear of Liens (the <br />"Motion"). <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, pursuant to the <br />Bankruptcy Rules, objections to the proposed sale must be f'il~ad <br />with the Court and received by the undersigned counsel no l.at~=_r <br />than the close of business on Monday, the 29th day of March., <br />1993.
