'This application is <br />for a change from their existing 110 permit to a 112 permit with a <br />coincidental inclusion of an additional ten acres of land. <br />Both pieces of land are already under permits; i.e. the County's <br />existing 110 permit #M-81-159 and the additional 10 acres which are <br />permitted under our permit #M-88-037. There is no new land being <br />permitted by the County's application. <br />We sold this property to San Miguel County a year ago. Since that <br />time, we have waited for them to obtain a permit so we could have <br />ours released.
