They did not shut down until 8:16 pm. The permit specifically limits the hours of <br />operation to twelve hours daily. This is not the first time they have extended the hours of <br />operation. Also, the permit restricts operations on Sundays. They have operated on <br />Sundays. We have received numerous complaints from citizens. How can we readdress <br />the permit to name designated hours of operation, such as lam to 6pm so that there is no <br />confusion? <br />We would also like to readdress the need for sound barriers.
