CO 80203 <br />RE: Gold Hill Mill, 9145 Sunshine Canyon, Boulder County <br />Deaz Mr. Sorenson: <br />This is a follow up to correspondence sent to you on June 8 and June 23; 1995 from Mazk Sprague. In <br />those letters, our position was that the mill building could not remain as a beneficial postoperational <br />feature because, at that dine, we believed:-the pazcel on which the mill was located was illegally <br />subdivided.
