KAMNIKAR,
The maximum amount of concrete and asphalt to be stored
on site at any time is 4000 cubic yards of concrete and
6000 cubic yards of asphalt.
Should any significant amount of these materials be
left on site at the end of the mine's existence, we will grade
the piles to slopes no steeper than 3H:1V, we will cover said
graded piles with two feet of overburden and spread 6" of topsoil
to cover the overburden before the piles are revegetated.
I hope this commitment to reclamation of the stockpiles
is sufficient and will allow the Technical Revision to be
approved. ///---
Sincerely,. - /
Jim Bral Jr.
Braley nd & Gravel, Inc.
