This May 18~ 1995 letter was <br />accompanied by a May 12, 1995 letter written by Mr. Michael A. Ossola to Mr. Jim Tatum. <br />On June 2, 1995, the Division provided a response to your offices pertaining to these letters. <br />This response included a reiteration of a phrase from Mr. Ossola's May 12, 1995 letter to <br />Mr. Tatum. The Division's reiteration was incorrectly worded as "maximum permissible noise <br />levels for rural industrial zones", rather than as "maximum permissible noise levels for rural <br />residential zones", as Mr. Ossola had stated.
