Do you have any more asinine questions
like furnishing you a map showing the well? This photograph
also makes moot the equally asinine proposition that the
people who built the road and the air shaft could possibly
have done so without knowledge of the well.
2. We took the under-oath deposition of Ron Thompson (Mine
Engineer) who testified that the casing job on the air shaft
hole was improperly done. The net result is that he testified
that they are making twenty gallons of water per minute at the
bottom of the casing. Small wonder that my little six inch hole
is now dry with a multi-foot bore hole going through the water
formation a few feet from our water well. Why in the hell did
we go through all of your dilatory tactics about this well
situation? Why didn't your office know the facts about the
casing problem and about the water strata being drained?
3. Enclosed is a photograph entitled Tatum Air Shaft Exhibit
D. I am damned sick and tired of your lame excuses. This
vegetation is dead, dead, dead!! It is very obvious that we
