There is a 1 t of surface moss
rock and many existing ivbble pile that have salvagable loose surfac stone in or
'''on them that would be useable. I understand that if we were to have a sale for the
existing rubble on a large scale that we would need to obtain an add tional permit
to remoae those however I do not feel that we should need one to rem ve loose or
surface stone from the existing quarries or rubble piles as long as o additional
disturbances were made. We would probably only be using a loader to load pallets
of the salvaged stone on to the trucks. If a sale for the large ex sting rubble
(eke.
piles were found we would obtain another permit. We would~to have t is clarified
to prevent any misunderstandings at a later date.
Sincerely,

,Qrkins Park Stone South
South 40 acr Parcel.
