PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />WAIVER OF TRANSFER OF RIGHTS FOR RECOVERY <br />AGAINST OTHERS TO US ENDORSEMENT <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />BUSINESS AUTO COVERAGE FORM <br />GARAGE COVERAGE FORM <br />MOTOR CARRIER COVERAGE FORM <br />TRUCKERS COVERAGE FORM <br />We waive any right of recovery we may have against any person or organization to the extent <br />required of by a written contract executed prior to any "accident", provided that the "accident" arises <br />out of operations contemplated by such contract.
