This
agreement concerns use of GEC's West and East pits for deposit of coal
mine wastes from Energy Fuel's underground mine nearby. ~
In the event, Energy Fuels has requested no more reclamation~be done in
the pits in order to maximize the volume in the pits for their waste.
Since the Division was originaly anxious that this method of filling
the pits was the most advantageous to all parties, it seemed the best
idea to temporarily cease reclamation efforts in expectation~of the
agreement.
Of course work will continue on the sedimentation pond dewatering
i
machinery in the meantime.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me;
Y ur very ly, %
fS
Curtis L. .filler
i
