Cotter Corporation will file, by the February 2r4-25, 19J33 Board meeting, <br />an amendment to include, although not necessarily limitL~d to, solutions <br />to the following problems: <br />a. The potential instability of the current waste pile, Solutions may <br />involve detailed stability analysis, if the Division and Board deem <br />it necessary, and shall adequately address the oroblem prior to <br />Spring snowmelt. <br />b. The size and location of the temporary waste pile, ~~s well as the <br />cutoff for the uranium content of rock to be placed in the waste <br />pile. <br />c. A half-acre borrow pit which was opened adjacent to Ralston Creek <br />with no topsoil salvage. <br />2. Cotter Corporation will file with the Division, prior to December 15, <br />1982 (the date of the next Board meeting), an outline of the amendment <br />to be submitted in February, 1983, said outline to include maps for the <br />mining and reclamation plans. <br />
