This plan will be designed to <br />e••-al.uaCe the depth of topsoil (or other lea SAR materials) re- <br />q~.ii.red to cover overburden with SAR~s greater than 10 to insure <br />rr'asonal7l.e confidence that sodium migration Erom overburden to <br />tupaoil material will no L- adversely affect revegetation efforts. <br />Stipulation: <br />11. i-J}rn~.iin9 Fuel Company shall provide a statement in the <br />at,pii.cation which .indicates that topsoil marY.er.s will be <br />placed at all topsoil stockpiles within 30 days of permit <br />issuance. <br />Wyoming Fuel Company Response: <br />In accordance with 4.02.7, Topsoil Plarkers, P7yoming Puel <br />Cornhany will place topsoil markers at all topsoil stockpiles. <br />`Phe markers will be constructed according to 4.02.1, Spec- <br />ifi~;ations. See accompanying figure. <br />Stipulation: <br />12. G!~•oming P'uel Company must strip a minimum of five feet of <br />tr.ip,oi] from the area o.f Pond No. 4 to be covered by the <br />i.r••prnm dmont of the 10-year, 24-hour storm event, clue to the <br />al~uneltmce of the "unnamed alluvium" soil type in that area, <br />and Lhe. division's concern that this resource could serve an <br />in~portanL funcCi.on i.n conL-r.olling the potential for salt con- <br />tamination of the reclaimed surface.
