Because of the substantial impacts that <br />are anticipated from this project, the Rio Blanco County <br />Commissioners request your consideration of this issue as <br />part of your overall review. <br />We are prepared to meet with your staff as soon as <br />possible to consider the potential socioeconomic impacts <br />and to outline a mitigation plan.
