Item #1 of your letter indicates the earthen sump adjacent to the asI <br />been remediated and reclaimed. However, it appeazs that no con <br />samples were taken. Confirmatory samples shall be taken to docume <br />cleanup. The laboratory data must be sent to the Division for review <br />2.
