• <br />BEAR MINE (Permit No. C-81-033) <br />Permit Revision No. 02 <br />List of Stipulations Resulting from this Permit Revision Approval <br />Stipulation No. 34 <br />The permittee will install a groundwater monitoring well downdip from the <br />mine workings and into the B-Seam (between the fourth north mains and the <br />North Fork of the Gunnison River) for the purposes of monitoring the <br />potential effects of mining on the B-Seam Aquifer. The final location <br />and timing of installation will be mutually agreed upon by the operator <br />and the Division after further field investigation, but installation <br />shall occur no later than August 31, 1995. Monitoring shall occur semi- <br />annually for field parameters and water level, and one full suite sample <br />shall be taken annually in the fall. The test parameters for the full <br />suite sample shall be the same as required for the alluvial wells <br />(Table 4F) plus magnesium and SAR. <br />• <br />Stipulation No. 35 <br />The operator shall submit a technical revision which will address the <br />issue of additional subsidence monitoring for panels 19-23, 24-30, and <br />31-38 prior to the onset of mining in these areas but no later than <br />June 1, 1995. <br />0777G <br /> <br />
