<br />(a) In accordance with Provision II, TERM of the Mining Lease identif ed in Block 8
<br />above, and as requested by Lessee's written notice dated Iy g ,
<br />the term of the t4ining Lease is extended for a second ten-year pe iod, to conc ude
<br />on 7/23/94
<br />(b) Provision III, DEFINITIONS, of the Mining Lease is amended to inc ude as part of
<br />the definition oo therm "Commission," the United States Energy Research and
<br />Development Administration, the United States Department of Energ or any other
<br />successor to the United States Atomic Energy Commission.
<br />(c) The other provisions of the I+lining Lease, as may have been amende~ or revised,
<br />are unchanged.
