This submittal adequately addresses the requirements of <br />Rule 4.30.1. As such, the Division places the Seneca II-W Mine into temporary <br />cessation effective February 12, 1988. _ <br />The Division concurs with Peabody's understanding, as addressed in your <br />letter, that the permit may be reactivated upon submittal of a lekter+sfiould <br />additional drilling activities become necessary.
