The depletion may <br />affect four endangered species of fish in the Colorado River. <br />Bear Coal Company hereby commits to implement the conservation <br />measure the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services believes is necessary <br />to mitigate the effect the depletion may have on the four <br />endangered species. Bear Coal Company understands the conservation <br />measure will be a one time contribution of about $200.00.
