Based on our review of the PR-O1 application, we have determined <br />that the mining plan and the proposed operations will comply with the Resource <br />• Recovery and Protection Plan (R2P2), the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920, as <br />amended, all applicable requirements of 43 CFR Subpart 3482, achievement of <br />maximum economic recovery (MER), and the conditions and special stipulations <br />of the Federal Lease.
