Long, <br />Division Dvector <br />Enclosed please find application forms for coal mining and reclamation permit revisions. As <br />per our recent conversations, the Division is requiring a minor revision to the Edna Mine <br />permit. Specifically, two sections require revision. Section 3.4.2.2 should be revised to include <br />a detailed description of the winter grading variance at the Edna Mine. It appears that the <br />language was omitted during permit revisions in 1986-1987. Should you need copies of the <br />information previously contained in the permit, please contact me. Section 4.3, topsoil <br />information, should be revised to include the windrowing practice currently in use at the mine. <br />The Division has pursued your request for release of civil penalties held in escrow accounts. <br />The Division currently holds $500.00 for C-91-043, and $750.00 for C-91-057. The Division <br />returned $200.00 for C-91-044 on April 19, 1991. I have enclosed copies of that <br />correspondence.
