Per <br />our telephone conversation, it was agreed that Friday March 24, 1995 was an <br />acceptable date. The hearing will be conducted in conference room B70 at 1525 <br />Sherman Denver, Colorado, from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm. <br />This is an informal hearing. I will not administer oaths, nor will rules of evidence <br />apply. The purpose of the hearing is to allow each side to present its views on the <br />claims at issue in order to further inform me, beyond the written documentation <br />already submitted. New and beneficial information will be reviewed and compared <br />with the contract documents for the purpose of determining if the current position <br />on each issue is still valid. <br />Each side of the issue will be limited to a number of participants, not to exceed <br />three 131 each. To help expedite the process I would appreciate a simple list of <br />issues, which you plan to address. Do not include issues which have already been <br />resolved nor information that you plan to discuss at the hearing. Please fax your <br />list of issues to me on (303) 866-2592 before 3:00 pm on Thursday, March 29, <br />1995. <br />A tape recorder will be provided at the request of either party; however <br />transcription, whether by shorthand or by retaping, will be done at the expense of <br />the requesting party. <br />If necessary, directions to room B70 can be obtained from the receptionist on the <br />the 2nd floor of the building in which the hearing will be conducted. The building <br />in which the hearing will be conducted is called the State Services Building and It is <br />Partners Providing Quality Service for Better Government <br />
