The letter presents several concerns that in MCC's opinion are without basis and, except
for her concern about the cabin, do not appear to be a matter of regulatory compliance for the
Division's consideration, but aze private matters between Mautz and MCC. MCC will
appropriately address these private concerns with Mautz. Should the Division need further
information on the non-regulatory matters, please contact us.
In regard to the damage to the cabin, MCC will proceed with the necessary repairs or compensate
Mautz for the true cost of repairs, or wmpensate them for the diminished value of the cabin
resulting from the damage, in accordance with the terms of MCC's permit, even though the
damage may not have been caused by subsidence.
Please contact me should you have questions.
Sincerely,
~~~~.~~~
Kathleen G.
