A search of the Air Pollution Control <br />Division's enforcement 51es has been conducted end we can find no information relating to either Union Pacific, Inc. <br />or Union Pacific MmeraLs. <br />Please note, however, that although your request refers to the Colorado Health Department, the Air Pollution Control <br />Division, of which Thomas Getz is director, is responsible for only air pollution violations and, therefore, a~ <br />response from this Division will not address issues relating to other Divisions within the Department You will need <br />to make your requtst directly to specific Divisions within the Department such as Hazardous Materials.
