Soil and seed has yet to be done. I consider this as moderate
disturbance at $500/acre. The un mined 3 acres in the northeast corner
of Phase I was inadvertently seeded this May. It is our plan to mine
this area in a future phase. Please consider this as minor disturbance
at $250/acre.
Phase II: Base area needs 12,000 yards of fill and 3 acres of topsoil
and seed. This is obviously major disturbance at a cost of $7,350.
Please. II, Lako 2 mining is complete. Reclamation is complete on 10
acres around lake. Minor disturbance at $250facre. Phase II, Lake 3
is yet to be mined. 3 acres major disturbance, no backfill at $1,000/acre.
Balance of Phase II is 10 acre lake at no reclamation cost.
RECAPITULATION
~itAJOR
3 acres @ $7350
3 acres @ $3000
.
$10,350
MODERATE
4 acres 2,000
$2,000
$3,250
Seed, as you mentioned, were crested and intermediate wheatgrass and also
includes smooth brome, orchard, alfalfa, Russion wild rye, sweet closer
and blue grama,
Phase III: -Gregory Pit - Your File 82-34.
This is a continuation of our ongoing mining and reclamation plans for
approximately 400 acres at this one site.
