File No. M-9d-117 <br />Dear Mr. Sorenson: <br />Thank you for keeping the County informed on this issue of the Gold Hill Mill. Mark was promoted to <br />Site Plan Review Planner and I will be taking over this issue. <br />My first question would he what is the ttse of the property once the mining is stopped. There are many <br />uses that would allow a building like the mill building to be used on the parcel. For example if the site <br />is a legal building lot [hen the mill building could he converted to a residence or become accessory [o a <br />residence on dte parcel I have enclosed a copy of the Forestry zoning section of the Boulder County <br />Land Use Code. <br />It alight be quicker is once they propose a use, give me a call and 1 can response or have them talk with <br />me directly for the use that would allow the mill building. <br />At this time I don'[ feel the need to require the structure to be demolished. <br />III I II I II I I I I III'll st Offlce Box 471 .
