The attorneys have informed
us that the lease will be terminated on October 4, 2004 and we will be able to enter into a new
lease agreement with Mr. Bob Johnson. It is our intention to have the new lease in place by that
time and we would like to have the mining permit amended to name Consolidated Constructors,
Inc. as the permittee. We will agree to honor all the stipulations that were previously required of
Westside Gravel, LLC. However, because of the time of yeaz, we aze asking for a reasonable
extension of the time limits for the constmction of the road and culverts. We would like to meet
with your office to discuss how much time we will need to complete the work. This winter
weather will not allow quality road work. We could start on the culverts this yeaz, if we have
good enough weather, but, we can not complete them this season. The spring is usually wet and
cold enough to prevent much roadwork until late April or early May. That is the time of year that
we would expect to begin dirt and drainage work.
Mr. Bob Johnson is working with us to develop a new lease with Consolidated Constructors, Inc.
I have asked him to sign below to assure you that he is in agreement with this letter.
If you have any questions, please call me.
~w ~~~
` _
Joe Kozi -236-7771 Bob Johns n 970-749-0093
