I am corresponding directly with you pursuant
to B. J. Fett's letter of April 22, 1992.
Mr. Sherman Dugan has told me that he would be willing to sign a
bill of sale transferring the conveyor to the First National
Bank. Such a transferal would give the bank title to the con-
veyor and would allow you to dispose of it.
I have also spoken to James Anesi. Be indicated that Mr.
Strohecker is still very interested in removing the conveyor. I
have sent a copy of of this agreement to Mr. Anesi for his
review. If this agreement meets with your approval, and that of
Mr. Anesi, then I will send the bill of sale to Mr. Dugan for his
signature.
I believe that this agreement and bill of sale will give you the
comfort that you need to remove the conveyor or have it removed
