Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />We113M=TDR~ Nahcolite Project, <br />On February 20, 2004 the Division received your above referenced letter regarding the cementing of <br />We113M-TDR. The Division concurs with your fast two options, food grade oil and bentonite, and the <br />three stage sodium silicate/cement, and approves of these. The Division will not approve the third <br />option, the cement "hot" mix, until after the first two options are tried.
