Tuttle: <br />Following review of your letters dated July 15, 1986 to myself, and <br />February 10, 1986 to Tom Ballard, I have determined that the gravel <br />mining operation at Section 14, T1S, R67W owned by Ready Mixed Concrete <br />Company (Tower Pit) is a legal, non-conforming use. <br />This determination is based on the following information: <br />1. The mining operation began in 1967, prior to Adams County <br />Zoning Regulation requirements for a conditional use for a <br />LA= gravel mine. <br />```~ <br />2. The mining operation has been operated continuously since that <br />time, without a pause of six months or more. <br />3.
