Harrison <br />Western understands that this agreement will not be <br />affective until it is definitively set forth in writing <br />and approved by the Mined Land Reclamation Board, but <br />wishes to summarize the basic terms to avoid subsequent <br />misunderstandings or disagreements over this matter. <br />As discussed, Harrison Western will pay the 6tate <br />the sum of eighteen thousand five hundred dollars <br />($18,500.00). In return, the Board and Division will: <br />return Harrison Western's reclamation <br />bond for cancellations <br />stipulate that Harrison Western has no <br />further reclamation oblie~atione or <br />liabilities associated with the bonded <br />area ar the GEC Coal Minei <br />
