Yaklich, Shangri La Pit, Permit No. M-1989-024
Dear Ms. Chiappone:
RECEIVED
NOV 2 1 2005 ~
Division of Minerals a„a ,,;,~. ~;

I dealt with you in August of 2002 regarding renewing our gravel pit title to the Shangri
La Ranch held by a family trust, of which I am a Trustee. The family has decided that we may
be interested in making the gravel pit productive. However, we have lost a lot of the pertinent
materials and documents.
Would you please be kind enough to check the file for the above-numbered permit and
send me exact location and/or legal description where the gravel pit is located on our property.
We intend on doing core drilling to obtain some samples. We need to make sure we're drilling
in the right place. Any costs incurred would be reimbursed immediately.
Very truly yours,
--
Ronald E. lich
Attorney at Law
REY:jdd
